Genestealer Cults are insidious, secretive organisations that slowly gather power, resources and influence within a planets ruling class, military and other areas until the moment is right to throw off the yoke of their oppressors and declare an uprising. These uprisings are often the precursor to a Tyranid invasion and can have severe consequences for the planetary defences.
